How Will My Service Work?
Your SIM card/cell phone will come activated with an assigned USA phone number. Your SIM card also includes the initial prepaid amount you requested, and you can refill your account as you need it by calling our customer support line during regular business hours or by going online to a secure site (refer to instructions included).
How can I check my remaining credit balance?
You can check your balance free of charge from your handset by dialing a 5 digit code.
How do I add credit when I am running low on my account?
Credit can be added by calling our customer support line during regular EST business hours or by emailing us (refer to the included instructions).
How do I make and receive calls?
When you make a call, charges begin when the called party answers the phone. Incoming calls are also charged only when answered. All calls are charged in 60 second increments.
Does my SIM card/service expire?
Your SIM card will expire after 3 months from the day it ships out to you unless you add more funds to your account, then it will extend for another 90 days.
How long will it take to receive my sim card/phone and what are my shipping costs?
All orders received before 4pm Monday-Thursday and Friday until 1pm EST will be shipped out the same day. Expedited and urgent delivery options are available on the online order form.
Do you have any satisfaction guarantee?
We stand behind our product 100%, if you feel that this product does not meet your needs 100%, we will gladly exchange it or give you a full refund within 15 days.
Which carrier network does the service use?
We use AT&T or T-Mobile in the USA, AT&T Mexico (formerly Lusacell and Nextel) in Mexico, and Rogers in Canada.
Do you have a coverage map?
It's very hard to pin point exact locations, however our service works on the largest carriers, which means that you will have no issues with coverage.
What kind of phone can I use?
You can use any unlocked phone that has the capability to work abroad. A 'locked' phone is one that has been restricted by software so that it can only be used with the original network or carrier it was manufactured for and can only be unlocked by the original carrier.
It is the customer's responsibility to check if the phone is unlocked. There will be no refunds if the phone is found to be locked.
