How Will My Service Work?
Your international SIM card/cell phone will come activated and will work immediately upon arrival abroad. The service comes by default with a UK based phone number. There are no monthly fees when the service is not in use.
How can I check my call details?
Cello Mobile will send you a detailed bill every month for the prior month that you used the service, and charge the credit card on file for the calls/SMS made. Calls are only charged when the other party answers (beware of some companies charging from the moment you hit the SEND key).
How do I add credit when I am running low on my account?
You don't need to worry about running low on credit, refill vouchers, etc. This is a postpaid service that allows you to use your service for as little or as much as you like and pay afterwards only.
Do I have voicemail on my phone?
Voicemail is available upon request only. (By default voicemail is deactivated)
Which Size SIM Cards do you offer?
We do offer full size (Mini), micro and nano size sim cards. Please select the one you need, (if you know which one it is) or enter the model number of the phone so we can check it out and have the right size sent to you.
How long will it take to receive my sim card/phone and what are my shipping costs?
All orders received before 4pm Monday-Thursday and Friday until 1pm EST will be shipped out the same day. Expedited and urgent delivery options are available on the online order form. Shipping costs run between $10 up to $35 (depending on where you live and how fast you need the phone).
Do you have any satisfaction guarantee?
We stand behind our product 100%, if you feel that this product does not meet your needs 100%, we will gladly exchange it or give you a full refund within 15 days.
How far in advance can I place my order, and is there any expiration date?
You can place yous order as soon as your trip is confirmed. This plan has no monthly or yearly fees. This service expires after 3 months of inactivity.
What are the benefits of this plan vs. the others?
This is a postpaid plan, which means that you only pay for your actual usage. You never have to worry about prepaid vouchers or running low on credit.
What kind of phone can I use?
You can use any unlocked phone that has the capability to work abroad. A 'locked' phone is one that has been restricted by software so that it can only be used with the original network or carrier it was manufactured for and can only be unlocked by the original carrier.
It is the customer's responsibility to check if the phone is unlocked. There will be no refunds if the phone is found to be locked.
