I was looking to save money but I needed a phone for Ecuador so that when I traveled, I don't get stuck and Cello Mobile was the answer. I placed the order online, got it delivered with UPS in plenty of time before I left home and it was a very plain phone so I didn't need help using it. It worked from when I landed, till I came home and the bill was very reasonable. Very good buy.
