What's the difference between the Basic and Advanced plans?
While the Unlimited Basic plan allows you to enjoy 3G/4G speeds, your speed will be slowed down after a certain amount of data has been used up (Clock resets daily). The Unlimited Advanced plan will give you 3G/4G speeds and will not throttle your speed at all. Please see the Fair Usage Policy box for more details.
What do you include in the Mifi rental package?
You will receive a late model 4G LTE capable wireless hotspot device that has excellent battery life. Our speeds are usually 4G/3G in most places. We also include a wall charger and the necessary wall adapters.
How does the Mifi device work?
The Cello Mobile Mifi device arrives ready-to-go with a reliable internet connection wherever you travel. You just power ON the device, connect any Wifi capable device to the Cello Mobile Mifi and you will get an internet connection.
How many devices can be connected to the Cello Mobile Mifi device?
Up to 5 devices e.g. Laptops, Iphone, Tablets can be connected at once.
What are the usual speeds?
Our devices are capable of handling speeds up to 43MBPS on 3G/4G and up to 150 MBPS on 4G LTE. We however can't guarantee speeds in any specific area, but because we have agreements with all major networks, you will have the best speeds available in any area.

Do you offer loss/theft insurance on the international Mifi rentals?
Insurance is $14.99 for the entire trip and has a $75 deductible. If you decline insurance, you will be responsible for a replacement fee (averages about $550) in the event that the device is lost or stolen.
How long will it take to receive my international mifi rental, and what are my shipping costs?
All orders received before 4pm Monday-Thursday and Friday until 12PM EST can be shipped out the same day. Expedited and urgent delivery options are available on the online order form. If you order after the cut off time, please make sure to call us in at 1.877.602.2999, to see if we can still ship you out that day.
How much does it cost to ship back the international Mifi(s) to Cello Mobile?
USA rental orders will have the option of getting a prepaid UPS return label upon checkout which costs $10. Canadian/Mexican and International orders can use the postal service or any other return method. Please make sure to keep the return tracking number for your reference.
When do I need to return the international Mifi rental back to Cello Mobile?
International Mifi rentals must be shipped back within 2 business days of your return home. If your international Mifi was shipped back after 2 business days of your return home we may charge you a late fee of $14.99 per day for every day that your device was not shipped back to us (once devices are in carriers possession it will not count against you).
