What is the World Travel plan?
The "World Travel" plan allows you to travel with internet for an affordable price. The "World Travel" plan has no overage charges, and stops working after you used up your data allowance. It works fine for web browsing, maps, emails, social media etc. When you run out of data, you will be able to add 3 GB more data to your plan for an additional $250.
How does the Wi-Fi hotspot device work?
The Cello Mobile Wi-Fi hotspot device arrives ready-to-go with a reliable internet connection wherever you travel. You just power ON the device, connect any Wi-Fi capable device to the Cello Mobile Wi-Fi hotspot and you will get an internet connection.
How many devices can be connected at once?
Up to 5 devices e.g. Laptops, Iphone, Tablets can be connected at once.
What are the usual speeds, and does it work anywhere I travel to?
Our devices are capable of handling speeds up to 43MBPS on 3G/4G and up to 150 MBPS on 4G LTE. We however can't guarantee speeds in any specific area, but because we have agreements with all major networks, you will have the best speeds available in any area. Coverage is also never an issue as long as you are on land because we have partnership agreements with every major network, so if one network is not available the device will automatically switch to another network.
What is your fair usage policy?
Please look under the "FAIR USAGE POLICY" box for the exact terms of this plan. Every cellular provider has a fair usage policy, and we are very proud of our fair usage policy. We think that we have the most liberal fair usage policy compared to any of our competitors. We are not afraid to write it out loud and clear.

Do you offer loss/theft insurance on the international Wi-Fi hotspot rentals?
Insurance is $14.99 for the entire trip and has a $75 deductible. If you decline insurance, you will be responsible for a replacement fee (averages about $250) in the event that the device is lost or stolen.
How long will it take to receive my Wi-Fi hotspot, and what are my shipping costs?
All orders received before 4pm Monday-Thursday and Friday until 12PM EST can be shipped out the same day. Expedited and urgent delivery options are available on the online order form. If you order after the cut off time, please make sure to call us in at 1.877.602.2999, to see if we can still ship you out that day. If you place your order in advance, we will make sure it arrives at least 2 business days before your travel start date (unless you request otherwise).
How much does it cost to ship back the international Wi-Fi hotspot to Cello Mobile?
USA rental orders will have the option of getting a prepaid UPS return label upon checkout which costs $10. Canadian/Mexican and International orders can use the postal service or any other return method. Please make sure to keep the return tracking number for your reference.
When do I need to return the international Wi-Fi hotspot rental back to Cello Mobile?
International Wi-Fi rentals must be shipped back within 2 business days of your return home. If your international Wi-Fi was shipped back after 2 business days of your return home we may charge you a late fee of $14.99 per day for every day that your device was not shipped back to us (once devices are in carriers possession it will not count against you).
