How Will My Service Work?

Your international SIM card/cell phone will come activated with an assigned local USA and UK phone number (there will be a $0.30/min. surcharge when receiving calls on the USA number, outgoing call charges dont get affected by the phone number you use). You can start making calls immediately, and your calling charges will be deducted from your account balance. Once we ship out your SIM/Phone, we will add $30 to your account, and charge it to your credit card on file so you can use your international SIM/cell phone immediately upon arrival abroad.

How can I check my call details?

You can access your call details on a secure website, where you can see all your calls in real time. Calls are only charged when the other party answers (beware of some companies charging from the moment you hit the SEND key).

How do I add credit when I am running low on my account?

Whenever your credit balance goes below $5, your account will be reloaded automatically with $30, which ensures that your account is never low.

How come our calling rates are so low?

We use a special patented technology that enables us to give you excellent coverage and rates worldwide. This technology allows us to complete the calls, and not the local operators, which in return helps us save a fortune on the roaming rates, and we pass on those savings to you.

Do I have voicemail on my phone?

Voicemail comes activated on your account. You can access your voicemail from your handset from anywhere in the world. You will receive a text message notifying you of any new voicemails

Can I send or receive text messages?

You can send and receive SMS text messages (Only the UK phone number can receive incoming SMS messages). However, we cannot guarantee that you will always be able to send and receive SMS messages in all countries. SMS text messages are free to receive in any country (from anywhere).

Does my SIM card/service expire?

No, unlike other SIM cards/cell phone packages that expire after 9-12 months, your SIM card/balance will never expire.

Do you have any satisfaction guarantee, and what are my shipping options?

We stand behind our product 100%, if you feel that this product does not meet your needs 100%, we will gladly exchange it or give you a full refund within 15 days. Shipping runs between $10-$35 depending on the shipping method you select.
